Ashley Li- Induction Class 2

I learned a lot from making this artwork. My first sketch, I chose a normal rectangle shaped bag, but I think it does not fit my pattern. Therefore, I find a lot of different kinds of bags to try on. Finally, there is a shape that fits my pattern so well. It is a circle bag. Moreover, I added some different colors and designs in it. It changed differently from the beginning, and looks well on the bag. On the flip side, coloring is a big challenge and the part that I struggle with the most. I redraw the design three times because of the color. After coloring, the design is always unbalanced. Thus, I redraw many times. Next, there is also a point I struggle with is space and line. I want to add more details into the design, but there is no space in it. Consequently, I want to practice more about chromatics and play with color. Additionally, I need to organize the space at first and also add more details in it. Therefore, the audiences will want to look at the artwork deeper. All in all, I enjoy designing the bag. I feel extremely delighted when I make the design different from the original bags and pattern. It gave me a big achievement although it is not perfect. Furthermore, I am a little bit afraid of making new friends but I think it is very comfortable when we discuss our artwork. Everyone shares different kinds of opinions from their perspective. It is a good way to make friends and also learn something.
